Ammar Sacco was initially registered as All Churches Sacco in December 2004 to cater to the financial needs of its members but was rebranded in 2019 and the name subsequently changed to Ammar Sacco.
Ammar Sacco membership is mainly from Kiambu and Murang’a counties but is open to all Kenyans. It opened up its Front Office Savings Account (FOSA) in January 2012.

You can deposit money to your Ammar FOSA account using paybill number 4030439 and follow these steps;
- On your phone open sim toolkit or the Safaricom app.
- Select M-Pesa
- Select Lipa na M-Pesa option
- Select Pay Bill
- Enter Ammar Sacco Paybill number 919700 as the business number
- Enter the FOSA account number.
- Enter the amount you wish to deposit.
- Enter your M-pesa pin
- Verify if all details are correct and press Send.
- You will receive a message confirmation on your mobile phone from M-pesa and Ammar Sacco.
