Home Business Sacco was formed by a group of friends in 1997 as a welfare organization with the aim of supporting one another. It was formally registered as Ndunyu Self-help group in 1999 and members began by contributing 5 shillings every day.
In 2010, the group decided to convert to a Sacco known as Home Business Sacco Society Limited in an AGM meeting. The formal application for registration was made in September of 2011 and the registration certificate was given in November 2011.
How To Become A Member Of Home Business Sacco
Membership is open to anyone above 18 years. Any person wishing to become a member should fill out an application form and provide the following;
- A copy of national ID or passport
- Payment of a registration fee – Gold membership fee 6000 shillings
-Silver membership 500 shillings
