GOtv is a digital pay tv that has been operating in Kenya since 2011 when the country made the digital switch of the broadcast TV. GOtv is owned by the South African media giant Multichoice.

How To Activate GOtv After Payment
Sometimes even after making the payments, you might not be able to watch the channel of your choice but you will be seeing E16 on your screen. This usually occurs if you make the payment when the decoder is off. You need to clear this error to continue viewing your favorite channels.
You can clear the Error 16 by either of the 3 methods;
- Send a text message with the word RESET followed by your IUC number to 22688.
- Dial *423# on your phone and follow the steps to clear the error.
