KCB in partnership with Safaricom have made it easy for their users to efficiently deposit and withdraw money from the two platforms seamlessly.

Here’s how to use your KCB paybill number to make deposits and withdrawals;

How To Deposit Money Using KCB Paybill Number 522522

To deposit money into your or another person’s account, you do not need to physically enter a KCB bank. These easy steps can be used to do this;

1. Prepare your mpesa account with the funds you wish to deposit.
2. Launch the Safaricom app or Mpesa from your SIM toolkit.
3. Select “Lipa na M-PESA” and then “Paybill.”
4. Enter the 522522 KCB paybill number and click “Ok.”
5. Fill up the account area with your KCB account number.
6. Type in how much you wish to transfer to the bank account.
7. Enter your PIN for Mpesa.
8. Verify the information and click Okay to complete the transaction.
You’ll soon receive a confirmation email.

How To Withdraw Money From KCB Account To Mpesa

Additionally, you don’t need to leave your home to make a withdrawal from your KCB bank account to your Mpesa account. You can easily do the same by following the steps below.

Remember, you must register with the KCB M-Benki Service in order to manage this. Additionally, you can do it via the KCB Bank mobile app. You can easily complete this by doing this;

1. Launch the application or Safaricom Toolkit.
2. Select the Paybill menu item.
3. Enter the business number and the KCB paybill number 522522.
4. Choose Account Number, then enter your ID.
5. Make any amount of a deposit and input your Mpesa Pin.

Your phone will get two messages. The user ID and KCB M-Benki pin will be in one message while the other message will have the account number. With the KCB M-Benki account, money withdrawals are now simpler.

After registering, you can quickly access this service by th e stepsoutlined below;
1. Dial *522#, the USSD code.
2. Type in the -Benki PIN.
3. You may view the many services by accessing the main Menu. Go to the MyKash selection. You can select the Mpesa option from this point.
4. You will be offered the choice of sending the money to either your number or another number.
5. Complete the process by entering the amount, which runs from Kshs 50 to 70,000.

Soon you’ll receive a confirmation message.
