Kenversity Sacco was registered as a Sacco in 1976. Originally membership was drawn from Kenyatta University but now it has opened up its doors to the whole country.
Membership Eligibility
For one to become a member, he/ she must fulfill the following requirements;
- Complete membership application form
- Attach a copy of national ID or a valid passport
- Attach 2 passport photographs
- Appointment letter from employer if employed
- Entrance fee of a total of 1000 shillings

Kenversity Sacco Pay Bill Number 577 820
Here is how to use the pay bill number to access services conveniently;
- Go to Mpesa
- Choose Lipa na Mpesa
- Choose Paybill
- Enter Kenversity Paybill number 577820
- Enter account number, that is ENTER the respective CODE first e.g. ADV, DEP
- Enter your MEMBERSHIP NUMBER exactly as it appears in the system NEXT to the CODE entered e.g.
- MFIIND-0000 (For micro-credit members)
- 1234 (For other salaried members e.g. KU, Sukari, Jetlak)
*There should be NO SPACE between the CODE and MEMBERSHIP NUMBER.
*All digits MUST be in CAPITAL letters.
Example:
a) if you are paying for shares: –

- MDPMFIIND-0000 (For microcredit members)
b) Paying for loan: –
- ADV1234 (Paying advance loan)
