How To Deposit Money To Credit Bank Account Using M-pesa
You can now deposit money directly to any Credit bank account from your phone using Credit bank paybill number 972700. Here are the steps to follow;
- Go to your phone’s M-Pesa menu.
- Select Lipa na M-Pesa
- Choose Pay Bill
- For business number, enter the Credit Bank Paybill number 972700 and press Ok.
- For account number, enter Credit Bank Account number you wish to deposit funds to and then press okay.
- Enter the amount you wish to deposit to the account
- Enter your M-PESA PIN and verify the information then click send
- You will receive notification message, from M-pesa and Credit bank confirming the successes of the transaction.
How To Withdraw Money From Credit Bank To M-pesa Using *699#
When you are registered for mobile banking, you will be able to access your account by dialing *699#. You need to input your pin to access the account.
Once logged in, select withdraw funds and then select M-pesa. Enter the phone number that you intent to send money to.
Enter the amount you wish to send and enter you pin. Confirm the details always before sending money.
Credit bank CB Konnect App
Credit bank has also created a mobile app that can be downloaded from google app store and connected to the bank account. The app has the following features;
- PesaLink connection – CB Konnect is connected to PesaLink, allowing you to send funds to other bank accounts with PesaLink. This is settled instantly.
- Send money via PesaLink. This features allows you to send money from your account to M-pesa and Airtel money accounts.
- Bill Payments – you can pay various bills on CB Konnect, including utility bills, school fees, airtime, and so much more
- Opening an e-Wallet Account – this feature allows you to have a separate wallet from your account to carry out transactions as you wish
- Access to Loans – based on your transaction history, you can have instant access to loans amounting to up KES 50,000, even with an eWallet Account.
- Lipa na M-pesa – you no longer have to transfer funds to your M-pesa first, this feature allows you to pay your bills to a Buy Goods Number or PayBill Number instantly.
- Salary Advance – this feature is available to clients who have their salary accounts with us and allows you to access advance funds instantly.
- Insurance Services – you can now request insurance covers directly from CB Konnect
- Konnect Debit and Konnect Prepaid Card Management includes topping up your card with funds on the go.
- Account Alerts – this feature gives you instant transaction alerts on your account.
